The reception was brilliant, always willing to help. The apartment and pool area were very clean. The bar staff were excellent, providing great service. The view from the villa was beautiful. Breakfast on the veranda was enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and in good spirits. The pool was not crowded. The price for the villa was a great deal.

The staff were bilingual, very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds, lovely pool, and clean facilities. Separate lockable shower cubicle in toilets, useful on departure day.

The hotel had excellent cleanliness, great facilities, easy parking, and convenient transportation. It was located directly on the stunning Gigant cliffs in a quiet cul-de-sac. Additionally, there was a large Lidl supermarket just down the hill.

My recent stay at Ona Las Rosas was exceptional. The one-bedroom villa was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The pool area offered a stunning view of Los Gigantes. The location was central yet peaceful. Staff was pleasant and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel provided great value for money, as we got a spacious apartment with two rooms for a very affordable price. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely balconies offering breathtaking views. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the pool area was well-maintained with plenty of sun beds. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet cul-de-sac on a hill, yet still within easy reach of the beautiful Los Gigantes.

We loved our stay here at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, making our late check-in a breeze. Our villa was beautifully furnished, comfortable, and clean with all the necessary facilities. The pool and surrounding area were fantastic, and the staff provided helpful recommendations. They were also accommodating to our baby, providing a high chair and cot in the villa and allowing us a slightly later check-out. The hotel is conveniently located near a Lidl supermarket, and free parking is available. We would definitely stay here again.

Celebrating New Year's in this resort was a wonderful experience. The breathtaking views of the surrounding areas and coast that can be seen from the villas and pool area were amazing. We enjoyed the daily entertainment that kept us in good spirits throughout our stay. The staff provided excellent service, and their friendly demeanor made us feel at home.

the location was not ideal for people with mobility issues. The steep paths and stairs that lead to some of the villas made moving around a bit challenging.

Spacious 2 bed apartment with good beds. Well thought out amenities and plenty of wardrobe space. Incredible views from lounge and bedroom. Onsite shop, nice staff, and great pools. Nearby beaches, though hilly to reach. a pleasant stay with everything you need.
