As young people, we absolutely loved the breathtaking view from our terrace and being able to see the hot air balloons. The staff treated us like VIPs and the food was amazing. The hotel had a beautiful and modern design, and the rooms were high quality. We also appreciated the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, making us feel like we were in a different world. The staff, especially the restaurant manager Mr. Vehbi and his assistant Arda, were incredibly kind and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction and served delicious food, including their addictive Cappadocia fries. The morning shift receptionist Mr. Onur also assisted us in finding a spot for the balloons, although unfortunately, the weather conditions caused all bookings to be postponed. We recommend booking airport transportation through the hotel, although we would have appreciated better communication regarding the presence of a guide in our vehicle on the way back to the airport.
