The hotel is conveniently located close to a tram stop and many restaurants and shops. It is also in the old town and easily accessible by public transport. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, complimentary water and coffee. The breakfast is excellent with a wide selection and the staff at reception is welcoming and helpful. Additionally, the hotel offers transfer services to and from the airport.

The staff serving breakfast and at the spa are not friendly and seem reluctant to help.
