The location was amazing, just a short walk to Taksim Square, making it easy for our family to explore nearby attractions. The hotel had an excellent breakfast variety that catered well to our kids' tastes, and the clean, spacious family room provided comfort after a long day of sightseeing.

The spa services were not available for family use as expected.

Had a boss time, la! The staff were dead sound, really made me feel at home. Location's spot on, right near Taksim Square. Room’s a bit small, but comfy enough. Just wish the Wi-Fi had been more reliable, y'know?

The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home—like, they brought a cake for my friend's birthday at brekkie! The location was just five minutes from Taksim Square, so we could explore easily. Plus, the brekkie spread was just amazing, so much variety!

The pool hours were a bit dodgy, only open from 3pm onwards, which was a bummer.

Had a fantastic time here! The staff were like my chommies, so friendly and eager to help. The brekkie was lekker, especially the fresh pastries. The spa treatments were on point, like a proper bush lodge experience! Definitely felt like home, especially sipping tea with the locals.

my family and i enjoyed our time here, with breakfast being excellent and the staff friendly, adding to the welcoming atmosphere, and the hotel is a quick walk to taksim gezi park, where we loved relaxing among the greenery after exploring the nearby museums. It's just a short distance to the amazing galata bridge, where we enjoyed stunning views of the city.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to Taksim Square. With 4 teenagers, the pool and nearby entertainment spots kept everyone happy. The stay was comfortable, and we especially appreciated the clean environment and polite staff throughout our visit.

In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast variety could improve significantly for families.
