The hotel had a great location, very central to all the main attractions. The staff members were friendly and helpful, providing guidance and arranging taxis. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and pillows. The air conditioning worked well and was quiet, and the hot water was always available. The breakfast offered was good and satisfying.

There were a few maintenance issues in the rooms that were not addressed, such as a broken fridge and visible signs of wear on the wallpaper. Noise from other guests could be heard easily, especially late at night.
