The towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were very kind and supportive, always willing to help. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the tram T1 and a maximum of 10 minutes to the water taxi boats and metro. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when I return to Istanbul.

Spent my xmas at a hotel in Istanbul that offered a great experience. the breakfast was great, they had a variety of options to choose from. the hotel is in a key location with easy access to main train stations and a metro station. the personnel was really helpful and attentive to all my needs. the view from the room was fantastic.

I was promised a sea view but actually didn’t get it. the room charge was taken from my card before arrival even though I wanted to pay in cash.

The rooms are clean and come with three beds, just like in the pictures. The breakfast includes a variety of Turkish traditional food, with many options to choose from.
