The towels were changed daily and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were very kind and supportive, always willing to help. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean, exactly as shown in the pictures. The location was excellent, just a 2-minute walk to the tram T1 and a maximum of 10 minutes to the water taxi boats and metro. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again when I return to Istanbul.
