The value for the money was excellent and the room was top-notch. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bustling 5th Avenue but far enough for a peaceful stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome and at home throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the morning meal better is if it was included in the room rate.

Easter at this hotel was just okay. They have two complementary facts that helped me save money, and the location was central enough for me to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. the bed was quite comfortable, which was a nice plus.

The overall experience was marred by the lackluster service from the staff. They were often disinterested in helping me with any of my requests and were not very accommodating.

I recently stayed at Newport House Playa and had a fantastic experience. The location is great, just a short walk from 5th Avenue and the beach. It was nice to be away from the crowded areas, but still close enough to easily explore. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped with a separate bedroom, kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. I particularly enjoyed the rooftop patio, where I could relax and take in the views. The hotel also offers complimentary bikes, which was a fun way to get around. Despite a minor inconvenience with my dryer not working, the staff was incredibly helpful in finding a solution. I had a great stay and would highly recommend Newport House Playa.

I did find the price a bit higher than expected, considering it was high season in Playa del Carmen. Additionally, there were some construction works nearby, which caused occasional noise disturbances.
