The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Roman Baths, Abbey, and shopping areas. The breakfast was delicious, especially the French press coffee. The room had comfy chairs and the tea makings were a nice touch. Despite the stairs, it wasn't a problem for me and my suitcases.

The fact that I was able to prepay for parking for the duration of my stay made things incredibly convenient. One small inconvenience was that the bathroom was located across the landing and required a key each time it was used. It would have been more convenient to have an en-suite bathroom within the room.

I had a wonderful stay at this charming guest house. The location was fantastic, as it was close to all the tourist sights. The room was cozy and clean, with a sink and tea setup. During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel, just a short walk from the bus station, which made transportation very easy. the room we had was beautifully decorated, creating a cozy and festive atmosphere. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

One major downside of our stay was the size of the room. It was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably.

Christina, the host, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, offering special vegan goodie bags and assisting us with finding workspace after checkout. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the location in the heart of the city made it convenient for exploring. Highly recommended and I will definitely return.

It was great that they had complimentary tea and coffee in the room, which was really cozy and comfortable overall. the location was awesome; it was really easy to get to and was close to all the action. there was a bonus of having a great view from our room!

The staff was not as accommodating as we would have liked; when we asked for directions they were uninterested in helping and failed to answer our questions.

This hotel is located in a quiet street within the city centre, which is perfect to explore all activities in-and-around the city. The rooms on the "first floor" are well-appointed with sumptuous bedding and basic amenities. The breakfast is excellent and will set you up for the day.
