We had a great experience at Beyazit Palace Hotel & Cafe Restaurant. The location was excellent, just a 15-minute walk from the Blue Mosque. Sener and Tayfun, the staff, were incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even welcomed us with a delicious cup of tea. The hospitality was top-notch, as they even upgraded us to a room with a sea view. The rooms and the hotel were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, although we would have liked to see more options. Ahmet, who assisted during breakfast, was also very helpful. We definitely plan on coming back again.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me - right in the heart of everything but tucked away in an alley for peace and quiet. The service was top-notch, with 24-hour room service and a helpful staff who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. The amenities were also great, with a lovely terrace to relax on and a spa and wellness centre that I took full advantage of. And the room itself was fantastic, with all the modern comforts like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, along with thoughtful touches like a welcome drink.

The staff provided excellent service, offering helpful suggestions and always with a friendly smile. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious Turkish options, including mozzarella, soup, stewed vegetables, and watermelon. Additionally, some rooms offered a beautiful sea view from a large balcony.

Our New Year experience at this hotel was fantastic! the hotel staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, which made our stay very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find out that the hotel had offered us complementary breakfast and access to their rooftop restaurant, where we enjoyed the amazing view while sipping on some delicious drinks. the hotel’s location was key, as we were able to reach all the main attractions easily. Plus, the room was cleaned daily, and the towels were changed regularly, which was a great advantage.
