We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were excellent, always attentive and ready to answer any questions. The location was ideal, very close to the most important tourist spots and within walking distance of the old town. The hotel facilities were great, with a fantastic rooftop terrace and a pleasant atmosphere. The breakfast was good, offering a variety of options to start the day.

I had an incredible experience at Big Apple. The hostel is in a fantastic location, close to all the tourist sites and amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and were extremely helpful in providing information about the city. The hostel is clean and comfortable, with great facilities including a rooftop terrace that doubles as a bar at night. The beds were comfortable and well-equipped with blackout curtains, individual lighting, and adapters. I also have to mention the exceptional kindness of the staff, as one of them accompanied me to the hospital and stayed with me the whole day when I fell ill. This level of care was truly above and beyond. I highly recommend Big Apple for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff support.

Our stay at the hostel in the heart of the city was amazing! We loved the helpful and friendly staff, especially Mustafa at the reception. The location was perfect, with Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque just a short walk away. The hostel had a great social environment, and we enjoyed meeting other guests in the reception room. The rooftop terrace offered stunning panoramic views and was a great place to have breakfast or drinks. We will definitely be coming back to this great place again. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and given plenty of recommendations for exploring the city and finding great places to eat. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of all the tourist attractions. Our room was clean and exactly what we expected for a budget hotel.
