The hotel staff, in general, were polite and always available to help. Special mention goes to the exceptional night shift receptionist who was one of the best hotel workers I've ever encountered. I really enjoyed my stay.

The layout was perfect for my needs. Additionally, the staff, particularly Ismail and Mehmet, were outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request. The hotel's location was also ideal, with many great places to visit nearby, such as Bebek, Ortakoy, and Nisantasi. There was even a shopping mall within walking distance. Loved the romantic decor of the room, perfect for a romantic escape. The welcome package with complimentary champagne and chocolates was a lovely touch that added to the romantic atmosphere. The spa treatments were also exceptional and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

The lack of variety in the breakfast options was a disappointment. We also found the noise from neighboring rooms to be quite disruptive at times, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the romantic ambiance.
