The hotel staff, in general, were polite and always available to help. Special mention goes to the exceptional night shift receptionist who was one of the best hotel workers I've ever encountered. I really enjoyed my stay.

Loved the romantic decor of the room, perfect for a romantic escape. the welcome package with complimentary champagne and chocolates was a lovely touch that added to the romantic atmosphere. the spa treatments were also exceptional and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

The lack of variety in the breakfast options was a disappointment. We also found the noise from neighboring rooms to be quite disruptive at times, which made it difficult to fully relax and enjoy the romantic ambiance.

Friendly staff, pleasant atmosphere, great breakfast buffet, large business room, central location, helpful staff.
