Great location near Galata Tower and public transport. Room was clean and well-designed. Friendly and helpful staff. Decent breakfast with fresh options. Amazing rooftop bar with city and sea views.

The location of this hotel is really good, as it is near the iconic Galata Tower and close to metro and tram stations, making it easy to explore the city. The staff are extremely helpful and provide excellent customer service, speaking very good English. They even went above and beyond when my taxi had a tire blast, assisting me with my bags and arranging another taxi. The hotel also has a lift, which is a great plus for Istanbul hotels. Additionally, I received a complimentary breakfast for two with a stunning view on the roof terrace, and the hotel is quiet at night, away from the noisy clubbing areas.

The view from the rooftop terrace of Galataport was stunning. We enjoyed a nice breakfast with delicious Turkish coffee while admiring the view. Although the breakfast selection was small, the quality was great. we'd recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel located in a beautiful area with hills and under the Galata tower. The staff was very nice and helpful, and the rooms came with all the amenities one might need. My room had a very nice view of the city, which I enjoyed while having breakfast. it was a great value for money, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great location with easy access to most sights on the European side on foot. The train station was quite close, but be ready for a lot of walking. Spacious rooms with lovely rooftop terrace and great breakfast selection.

Some staff members were not very professional, as seen in a few reviews.

We absolutely loved the warm and welcoming hosts who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel's cleanliness was top-notch, and we can't forget to mention the amazing view from the terrace!

The complementary chocolate and wine was a nice touch and the bed was comfortable for snuggling. the hotel’s location was convenient for exploring the area and the rooftop bar had a great view.

The receptionist was rude and unwelcoming upon check-in, making us feel uncomfortable from the start. the breakfast was not included in the room price and was expensive for what was offered.
