Great location for exploring the area on a business trip. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast offered a great start to the day with a wide selection of local specialties. The stable and fast internet was also a plus.

The humidifier in the room was noisy and made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The sheets were not clean on arrival and had to be changed, causing a delay after a long day of work.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of Cappadocia. The hotel’s picturesque view of the surrounding landscapes is breathtaking. The room is well-heated, everything is new and properly functioning. The service here is superb, and the staff is always happy to help. The delicious breakfast is presented with special diet menus and exclusive facilities which add to the luxurious experience. Furthermore, this hotel has a beautifully designed garden area and a sun terrace where we enjoyed having a full body massage with exclusive amenities.

During our stay here, we encountered minor issues with the card payment approval process by the hotel. Even though it was eventually resolved remotely by their manager, it caused us unnecessary stress.
