Our stay at the Renaissance was worth every penny. The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city. The location was perfect, within walking distance of Sundance Square and amazing steakhouses. The staff, especially Michael the bellhop, made our visit stress-free and enjoyable.

Best location in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions and theaters. Fruit-flavored water in the lobby was a refreshing touch.

The room had trash when I arrived and the temperature control was a major issue. It got unbearably hot and even after reporting it to the staff, no action was taken.

Staying here was a great experience. This venue is perfectly located near several excellent restaurants, which was a big plus for me. The staff was very helpful in checking us in and providing information on the area. I loved the room amenities such as ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and in-room safe. Also, the staff allowed us to check out at 1 pm and gave us a room with a view upon request.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect as it was right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to the vibrant nightlife and shops in the square. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the bed was extremely comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep. We also enjoyed breakfast at the Vidalia restaurant, which was exceptional. The staff at the hotel were friendly and accommodating, making our experience even more enjoyable.

During my easter stay, the staff was generous and allowed me to check in early and check out late. They also offered complementary breakfast and Wi-Fi. the location was perfect, near many great restaurants and attractions. the room was spacious and had great views of the city.
