The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. I loved being able to see the water nearby, it added to the overall nice atmosphere of the area. Set in an old shopping area, this hotel is a true delight for history lovers. Rooms are spacious with a nice garden tub while the staff is friendly and helpful. You can take advantage of the complementary drinks in the beautiful lobby or hit the rooftop pool for some cocktails while taking in a nice view down to the Gulf Coast. Location in historic district is excellent and you can find plenty of dining and entertainment options.

Some doors to the rooms tend to "slam" and can be annoying when you are trying to sleep.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I was blown away by its location in the old shopping area of town. It was within walking distance of many restaurants, and the vibe was so delightful. The service was top-notch, and they had room service, dry cleaning, and tours/ticket assistance. It also had a beautiful rooftop pool with sun loungers and beach umbrellas, perfect for relaxing. The staff was attentive, and happy hour was a nice touch. The spa center was my favorite part, offering body wraps, body scrubs, massages, facials. It was a true treat to enjoy the steam room and sauna, and the staff made sure we were comfortable and relaxed. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including a flat-screen TV, tea and coffee facilities, and a refrigerator.

The hotel was fantastic during our Christmas stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and we were welcomed with complementary festive drinks and cookies. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with several attractions within walking distance. We were also pleased to find out that we had been upgraded to a bigger room, which was a great surprise.

We expected more festive decorations in the lobby, halls, and rooms to make our stay more magical. the breakfast was a bit expensive, and we wished there were more affordable alternatives nearby.

Moreover, the location of the hotel was excellent, providing a great view of the bay and the surrounding activities in the harbor.

There were a few disappointing aspects of my stay. the temperature in the room was set to an uncomfortably warm level, causing us to wake up sweating and forcing us to check out earlier than planned.
