The location of this hotel is perfect, with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. The staff was kind and professional, and helped us find a solution when we had payment issues at check-out. Although the breakfast wasn't very diverse, it was still delicious. I would recommend this hotel for its great location and helpful staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Trabzon. the location was perfect - right in the heart of the city center, close to all the attractions and with easy access to transportation options. Secondly, the staff were incredibly helpful and always had a positive attitude, ensuring that all my needs were met. And finally, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, with the added bonus of a great view of the ocean.

While everything else was perfect, there were a few minor details that could be improved upon.

We stayed in a hotel near the transportation options, with the taxi station nearby, a short walk from the city center, and a stone’s throw from Maidan. The staff was friendly and our room was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the breakfast and the lovely view from the restaurant. The hotel also provided us with kettle, tea, coffee, and clean towels.

The hotel lacked some decoration in its entry/reception area, which could have made a better first impression on the guests.

Had a fun Christmas time! Got surprised with some complementary wine and chocolates in our room. A few steps away from the beach and shops, which was really convenient for us. Enjoyed the rooftop view, it was stunning.

The breakfast could have been better in quality. the Wi-Fi signal was weak and the bed sheets smelled like cigarette smoke.
