The staff were outstanding, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. The facilities were impressive with 6 pools and an aquapark for both adults and children. The food offered a diverse range of choices with 4 additional restaurants. We had a perfect vacation with excellent swimming pools, entertainment for kids, delicious food, and a breathtaking hotel territory.

During my recent stay at Tui Magic Life, I had a fantastic experience. The resort was well-maintained and beautiful, with lovely gardens and a stunning beach. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The food at the resort was delicious, with a wide variety of choices available. I especially enjoyed the live music every night and the entertaining shows. The mini club for kids was also impressive, with fun activities and a dedicated staff. I had a superb vacation at Tui Magic Life and would highly recommend it.

This hotel provides a luxurious experience with exceptional service and exclusive amenities. The outdoor swimming pool and well-maintained garden area make for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The Spa & wellness centre offers a variety of treatments, including full body massages and beauty treatments. The restaurant serves delicious dinner and special diet menus. The private facilities were also exclusive and well-equipped.

The only minor issue was that some of the live entertainment was not of the highest quality, but this did not detract from the overall experience.

Excellent resort with beautiful surroundings and a romantic atmosphere. Abundance of delicious food and drinks, including a great coffee selection. Friendly staff and clean facilities. Perfect hotel for families with children, with plenty of activities and a separate pool for relaxation. Convenient transportation to town. A truly lovely stay!

The hotel facilities were fantastic. There was a wide range of options for food and drink available 24/7. The aqua park was a lot of fun and the snack bar had delicious options. Everything was always clean and well-maintained. The hotel also had beautiful green gardens and the majority of the rooms had balconies. The hotel's location was also convenient, with easy access to the shore.

As a light sleeper, I appreciated the quiet and peaceful atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a large shower in the bathroom. The staff provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for guests. The breakfast selection is wide-ranging, with numerous dishes and salads to choose from. The hotel also offers a variety of facilities, such as a kids club, daily activities for both adults and children, and a Patisserie serving delicious coffee and cakes.

The Wi-Fi is not available throughout the entire hotel.

My family and I had a great Christmas break at this all-inclusive hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and facilities was impressive, as was the vast amount of food on offer - we particularly enjoyed the freshly cooked options. The beach setup was great with plenty of sunbeds and a clean sea. We also appreciated the friendly and fun staff.

We found some aspects disappointing. The pool temperature was very cold, and some evening activities were uncovered and left us feeling cold.

However, some areas could benefit from improvement, especially those that are further away from the noisier spots and closer to the main square. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with good facilities such as WiFi and multiple pools. The breakfast options include a variety of choices, although some improvements can be made in terms of the quality of the food.

The bathrooms in the hotel are outdated and in need of upgrading.
