The location of this beachfront resort is absolutely stunning, surrounded by picturesque pine trees and offering clean air throughout. Public areas, including those designated for children, are well-maintained and provide a pleasant atmosphere. The rooms, though basic, are comfortable and offer all necessary amenities for a relaxing stay. The service provided by the staff is generally friendly, and the breakfast options are satisfying. Additionally, there are various facilities available, such as a large pool and access to a spa, ensuring a pleasant experience for guests.

Communication can be a challenge as English-speaking staff members are limited, which could potentially cause some inconvenience for non-Russian speaking guests.

Beach seats are well-managed, no smoking in public areas around children.

We spent Christmas at a hotel in Kemer and enjoyed our stay overall. the location was great, with easy access to the beach and plenty of amenities nearby. We particularly enjoyed the on-site activities, including the team sports and water pools. the food was also a highlight, with a variety of seafood, baked goods, and fresh fruit available.

the room had a persistent musty smell which detracted from our comfort. housekeeping was unreliable, with missing amenities and infrequent cleaning.

Luxurious amenities, polite staff and excellent service awaited me here. the spa centre was excellent, and the massage was rejuvenating. Sauna, treatment room, steam room, facial, and body scrub were some of the services available in there. the seasonal outdoor pool was glamorous, with sun loungers, beach umbrellas and a garden area that added an outdoor flair to the hotel. the poolside snack bar and dinner were delicious, while the special diet menus catered to my dietary requirements.

The only minor issue was the lack of beach umbrellas, which made it challenging for me to enjoy the beachfront. this hotel was fantastic, and I would gladly recommend it to others.
