it was totally unreliable for our arrival. Adding to the discomfort, the towels in our room were oddly limited. Upon asking for a cot for our baby, we were shocked to receive a broken wicker basket instead that posed serious safety risks. I ended up staying up all night, holding my baby instead of letting him sleep safely. This was not what I expected from this hotel.
