The location was ideal for our needs, being within walking distance of malls, stores, and restaurants. The rooms were tastefully furnished and impeccably clean, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The customer service provided by the staff, especially Nicole, was top-notch, from the initial event planning to checking in and organizing our meeting rooms and food & beverage. we had a wonderful time and highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel's location was convenient, as it was in the downtown area and close to many shops. It was also close to the attraction we were going to. Getting to Manhattan was easy due to its proximity to the train station. The room was clean and modern, and the bathroom was spacious and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel boasted a great breakfast and offered valet parking.

The room's door stop on the floor caused a tripping hazard, and might need attention.

They went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and even texted me daily to check if I needed anything. this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way.

The hotel lacked certain amenities that would have enhanced my experience. the absence of a pull-out sofa bed sheet upon request was a minor inconvenience, although it didn't significantly impact my stay.
