The location of this hotel is great for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. the family room was spacious, clean, and had a nice design. We really enjoyed spending time at the pool, which was quiet and not too crowded most of the time.

The staff at this hotel did not speak much English and struggled to communicate important information, such as when meal times were. We ended up missing dinner which was included in our stay and the food we were offered later seemed to be leftovers.

The location is great, away from the hustle and bustle. The family room is clean and well-designed, with a nice pool area. The staff really tries their best to accommodate guests.

The language barrier can be frustrating as English is not widely spoken.

The hotel is the perfect escape from the hustle, bustle of the city, thanks to its serene location. the spa here was top, notch, and I enjoyed a relaxing full, body massage that left me feeling pampered. the private facilities in the room were exclusive and luxurious, adding to the overall experience.

The staff here spoke little English, which made it challenging to communicate. There was also a minor issue with breakfast diversity.
