We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The rooftop pool and gym were amazing. We felt secure with the keycard access. Even though we arrived early, the front desk was able to accommodate us without any issues. a great experience.

Modern establishment, clean and comfortable rooms with spacious bathrooms and large vanities. Nice rooftop area with heated pool and spa, as well as seating and a gas fireplace. Efficient valet service, ideal location in the city. A nice option for a pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at a hotel in the downtown area and the location was perfect! It was close to many restaurants and attractions, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom had all of the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. Plus, the hotel had wonderful facilities, like a gym and pool, making for a great stay.

The hotel had an issue with communication that caused some frustration.

Had a fantastic weekend. Enjoyed the complimentary welcome drinks and breakfast options. Location was ideal for exploring the city center. Hotel also had a lovely outdoor pool.

The staff could be more welcoming and accommodating. Requested an early check-in but the front desk was not helpful and housekeeping a bit lacking, but the rooms well-maintained.

We had a pleasant experience staying at a hotel in downtown Orlando. the heated pool and spa were amazing, and we enjoyed relaxing in the chill environment. the rooftop had comfortable seating and a gas fireplace, perfect for a nice evening. the location was convenient, with the Amway Center and good restaurants within walking distance. We also appreciated the extra layer of security with the requirement to use a room key to activate the elevator. staying at this hotel was a pleasant experience.

This hotel is definitely a great value for money and I would highly recommend it. First of all, the location is perfect with easy access to all the attractions. The staff is super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The rooms are well-furnished with necessary basic amenities and always clean. Plus, the breakfast is delicious, and you can enjoy it while enjoying the beautiful view.

Couldn't find any major flaws with this hotel. It was a wonderful stay!
