The rooftop terrace of Dedeman Bostanci is simply amazing. We had the most enjoyable evenings there, indulging in delicious meals while taking in the breathtaking view. The staff, especially Mohammed and Engin, provided exceptional service, making sure everything was perfect for us. The kitchen staff also deserves a special mention for their top-notch work. Five stars all the way!

We had a great experience at Dedeman. the staff, especially Furkan from room service, were professional and made everything super easy. They even helped us book taxis in advance. the room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with an amazing sea view. the hotel's location was also convenient, with shops and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated the knowledge and assistance of the staff with our touristy questions. it was a pleasant stay.

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is convenient, just a short taxi ride to the city center or a quick walk to the nearby metro station. The room was clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast options were delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful view from our room. The hotel had great facilities, including a gym and a swimming pool.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel were outstanding. the spa and wellness centre was a definite highlight, with an indoor swimming pool, steam room and sauna. the massage and Turkish bath were also excellent. the garden area provided a tranquil escape, while the restaurant had a range of high-quality dishes. the espresso machine in the room was a nice touch, and the buffet breakfast offered plenty of options. the service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff throughout.

the surrounding neighbourhood wasn't the most desirable, and there were limited food options and supermarkets nearby.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided some nice touches such as complimentary coffee and water in the room. the location, while not close to any major attractions, was easy to access by car and provided a nice view of the surrounding area.

My experience with the hotel was not great overall. the room had a stale smell and was not very clean.
