the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to the main theatre, where evening entertainment was held. The different restaurants available provided a variety of options for dinner. Additionally, the ballroom, although not ideal, was still a decent alternative for the outdoor theatre.

The staff at the reception were very unhelpful and had a bad attitude towards guests, making the check-in process frustrating and intimidating.

For the value we paid, we got a lot in return. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient with many other hotels and shops nearby. The staff treated us well and were friendly throughout our stay.

Breakfast delights could have been improved with more variety or options.

The hotel's location was great, right by the beach and surrounded by lots of pools. the food was also pretty good, especially the chocolate section - delicious! Another thing I enjoyed was the room, it was comfortable and had great amenities.

My new year's experience at the hotel was not great. the animation team was not very good, and the activities offered were repetitive.

The amenities were great - amazing food, helpful staff, beautiful beach. Iron wasn't allowed in the room, but that was fine. The air conditioning turned off at 8 pm, would have been nice to know in advance. had an amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at a smart and clean hotel. The reception area was the best part, always with staff ready to serve. Samina at guest relations was extremely helpful. The pool area was great, especially for families. The Spa had a great selection of massages. The rooms were amazing and clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The private beach was a highlight. Food was plentiful, although not the best. the hotel was beautiful with plenty of facilities.

We have been to Delphin 5 times and this was our best visit yet. The rooms were big and comfortable, the food was great with a wide variety, and the pools were big and clean. The bar had a great selection of drinks and the staff were friendly and helpful. The live music every night was amazing. we had a fantastic stay and we thank Delphin Group for a wonderful experience.

Staying at this hotel was a luxurious experience. From the exclusive amenities at the Spa & wellness centre to the delicious food served at the Restaurant, every detail was just perfect. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers and beach access added to the relaxing atmosphere. In addition, the Night club and Live entertainment provided great fun at night. The attention of the staff was exceptional, and the location was great.

The only minor issue during my stay was with the Housekeeping service. Although the rooms were clean, there were a few details that could be improved.
