The location was perfect, being close to the night club, Taksim square, and everything we wanted to see in the city. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel also had a spa and wellness center, which provided great relaxation opportunities after a long day of exploring. The view from our room was stunning, overlooking the city.

We were pleased to have free internet access in our rooms, although we had to switch once to get a better connection. The room service was prompt and reasonably priced, and having a kettle with tea and coffee was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including personalized egg orders, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the complimentary room upgrade and the breakfast included in the package. the location was also convenient, being a short distance from the city center and easily accessible by metro. the room provided a comfortable and cozy atmosphere.

The SPA area was quite small and needed an upgrade. the hair dryers provided in the room were dated and of poor quality.

The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly, from the receptionist to the waitstaff. The Balinese massage was professional and enjoyable. The restaurant offers delicious a la carte dinners with perfect menu items.
