Staff, especially Ramazan and the spa employee, were excellent. Gym and swimming pool were well-equipped. Rooms clean and spacious with great showers. Close to airport and a short walk to the largest mall.

I had a luxurious stay at this spacious hotel that fully fulfilled my exclusive amenities needs. the Spa & wellness centre with its Turkish bath, steam room, and relaxing sun loungers were top notch. the restaurant served an exceptional in-room breakfast and dinner that satisfied my appetite and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of cocktails. the service was impeccable, and the private facilities were an added bonus.

The location advantage was not much to boast about as it was quite far from certain tourist attractions I wanted to visit. Despite that, the remarkable service, spa lounge, and public bath more than made up for this minor issue.

The room was spacious and neat. We enjoyed the gym and swimming pool facilities, which were in good condition. the location was near the mall and airport, so it was convenient for us.

The staff did not speak English fluently, and it was difficult to communicate. there were no English-speaking channels on the TV.
