Excellent facilities and plenty of pools and sun beds. Spacious rooms for families. Friendly staff, though language barrier can be a challenge. Wide variety of restaurants, with Japanese cuisine as standout. Snacks available at La Rouge and Manav, with live music at the indoor La Rouge. Daily activities and shows at the amphitheater. Strong wifi and clean swimming pools. We'll be back!

During our stay, we really enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. We were able to easily access nearby attractions such as the watch TROY show and the football games on TV. The outdoor shop on the premises was a great addition, offering a variety of items like newspapers and sweets. We also appreciated the great service provided by the staff, especially Yasin at the seaside. The room was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast offered a good variety of options. The facilities, such as the swimming pool and spa center, were well-maintained and provided a relaxing experience.

The lack of music at the pool and beach, which could have enhanced the overall atmosphere.

We recently spent a luxurious holiday at this hotel and we were blown away by the exclusive amenities provided. The Spa & wellness centre was top-notch with an indoor swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath and a variety of massages on offer. The beauty treatments like body wraps, waxing, manicure, pedicure, and facial were exquisite. The outdoor swimming pool was a perfect spot for some sunbathing with sun loungers, beach umbrellas, and a sun terrace. The entertainment was also exceptional with live music, karaoke, and a night club. The dining experience was excellent with a poolside snack-bar, bar/lounge area, snack bar and the availability of special diet menus.

The only downside we experienced was the location of the hotel which was slightly away from the city and didn't offer many offsite activities.

Had a nice Xmas vacation at this resort. Enjoyed the food variety and quality throughout our stay. The room service was prompt and effective. The indoor pool and gym were very useful, especially during the colder days. Appreciated the free shuttle service provided to different nearby attractions.

The outdoor pool and water park were closed due to the colder weather and lack of maintenance. The resort seemed understaffed sometimes, which resulted in long waiting times at reception and in the restaurant.

We stayed at Ela Resort for a fortnight, enjoying a fantastic time with 3 generations in 2 garden view rooms. The staff was absolutely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They particularly liked children and had a great trampoline for kids. We were also impressed with the fabulous massage services available, including a special prince & princess massage for kids. The hotel's attention to detail, from the friendly maid to the restaurant staff with their constant smiles, made our stay truly enjoyable. The Everland Q kids' club and the evening entertainment were a hit with our little boy. The a la carte restaurants and the beautiful spa were also highlights. All in all, a great holiday experience at Ela Resort.

The hotel is perfectly located in Turkey, offering a great escape to Belek with its stunning beaches and beautiful surroundings. The restaurant, led by Chef Baran, serves delicious food with a refreshing breeze to enjoy while sunbathing. The fish ala carte restaurant provides a delightful dining experience. The rooms are spacious and clean, with well-stocked minibars and comfortable amenities. The staff provides excellent service, with friendly and helpful attitudes. The breakfast is varied and satisfying, and the view from the room is breathtaking. The hotel offers great facilities such as a kids center, entertainment activities, and a beautiful reception area with Christmas decorations.

The dining room experience can be a disappointment at times, with a lack of adherence to dress codes and occasional deviations from the adults-only policy.
