We loved the nature around the hotel, beautiful scenery. Our room was upgraded to a lake view, but it was just a small water feature and not the actual lake, still it was lovely. The service from the waiters during dinner was excellent, really polite and attentive. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel is a luxurious retreat surrounded by nature. We enjoyed exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and full body massage at the spa and wellness center. The staff was outstanding, especially Ayla Civas who provided a warm welcome and catered to our every need. The garden area and spa lounge were perfect for relaxation.

Paying for half board was a waste of money as there was no big selection and it did not accommodate all tastes. The buffet was not open yet during our stay, but table service was provided.

Welcoming staff, peaceful surroundings, and nice facilities for an enjoyable stay. Impressed by the perfect honeymoon room prepared by the hotel with cake. Kids friendly amenities from water slides to game room and delicious food options. Luxurious interiors, marvelous views, and excellent staff dedicated to making our stay relaxing. Will definitely return for unforgettable experiences.

The breakfast and dinner buffet was delicious. The rooms were spacious with beautiful furniture and big bathrooms. The hotel is situated in front of a stunning artificial lake. The staff, including Mr. Hasan at the check-in desk, were friendly and helpful. The spa offers excellent Hammam and massage services. The restaurant and cafe staff were responsive and caring. The location is perfect for those who enjoy fresh air and nature.

Our recent stay by the serene lake, surrounded by lush greenery, was an absolute delight. The spacious and well-decorated rooms provided a comfortable stay, with top-notch bathroom amenities. The breakfast spread was a delicious mix of local and international cuisines- a treat to our taste buds. The friendly staff was prompt and pleasant, making our stay a memorable one. The hotel's outdoor pool and heated indoor pool were perfect for a refreshing swim, while the fitness center kept us active during our stay.

There were occasional issues with the management, which caused unwanted trouble and delayed swift resolution.

What a fantastic weekend! Beautiful surroundings, stunning views of the water feature, and wonderful amenities. The staff was great at getting me and my family checked in and provided us with complementary drinks on arrival and even upgraded us to a better room category. The outdoor pool was the perfect escape from the heat, surrounded by nature. The breakfast buffet was good with plenty of options to choose from.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were also a few negatives. The air conditioning system was occasionally unreliable, causing sleep disturbances.
