The apartment was comfortable, spacious, and clean. It had everything we needed, including a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine. the location was convenient, being close to everything in town but still quiet. It was easy to reach by road and only a short walk from the boat dock. the staff were super friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The shower cubicle in our apartment was a bit on the small side. However, these were only small issues in an otherwise great experience at this hotel.

the apartment in bellagio was everything we hoped for and more. the staff, especially arianna, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. definitely coming back!

Staff very friendly and helpful. Well-equipped kitchen. Terrace and garden access. Beautiful surrounding gardens. Close to lakefront, grocer, bakery, and restaurants. Stunning views from Villa de Serbelloni gardens. Would recommend.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had an amazing time at this apartment overlooking the beautiful Lake Como. the location is perfect, right in the heart of the province with plenty of things to do. the apartment itself is modern and well-equipped, with spacious bedrooms, light-filled rooms, and great bathrooms. the kitchenette, though small, had everything we needed. the staff were friendly and provided helpful assistance. the balcony was our favorite spot, perfect for enjoying coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. a fantastic stay at Diamond Apartments.

We had a fantastic time at Diamond Apartments in Bellagio! the location couldn't have been better, just a short stroll from the ferry and all the great bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. the apartment was spacious and spotless, with comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. the staff, especially Arianna, were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We hope to come back soon and highly recommend Diamond Apartments for a special stay in Bellagio and Lake Como!

The apartment is in a convenient location, very near the village center, making it easy to access everything you need. The staff are extremely helpful and provide great service. The room is spacious and comfortable, with a modern bathroom and all necessary facilities. The view from the balcony is picture-perfect.

There were bats in the bedroom, which was not comfortable for everyone and forced some guests to sleep on a fold-out couch.

The location of this apartment is ideal, with easy access to everything in the area. It is conveniently located on the hill, providing beautiful views of the mountains and lawn. The apartment itself is brand new and immaculate, with top design features in the bathroom and kitchen. The room is spacious and can comfortably accommodate two couples. the hosts are friendly and helpful.

One minor drawback is the lack of certain amenities, such as sufficient hooks and reading lamps. However, the hosts are accommodating and provided a lamp upon request.
