The best aspects of my stay were the excellent location in Sultanahmet, with the main attractions of the city within easy walking distance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the luxurious and spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and beautiful bathroom. I also want to mention the exceptional service from the staff, who made me feel very special, especially Sonar. The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and satisfying.

The bar service in the lobby could be improved, as some guests have experienced issues with the experience of the bartenders.

The service and hospitality of the hotel staff were amazing. They went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. the location of the hotel was perfect, with key attractions within walking distance. Plus, the views from the rooftop were absolutely stunning!

There was some noise from the rooftop bar at night, but it didn't detract too much from our overall experience.

Despite a few minor issues at the breakfast area, such as poor ventilation in the cooking section, the hotel as a whole provided a fantastic and relaxing experience. The manager, Jim, and the exceptional staff always aimed for perfection and ensured our stay was pleasant and enjoyable.

The breakfast buffet is extensive and excellent, and the restaurant serves delicious food. a great hotel experience.

Exceptional Service and Location. I stupidly left my backpack in the Hotel Garden and Security Haleed went to retrieve it immediately. He returned it with everything intact, including my passport and money. The staff were attentive throughout my stay and the hotel's central location made it easy to explore all the main historical sights. I highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at Four Seasons Istanbul for 5 nights during our visit to explore the historical sights. The location was unbeatable, right next to Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The hotel has a spa in the old Sultan's Harem building and great dining and shopping options nearby. We were upgraded to a top-floor room with a beautiful Bosporus view and a private patio. The staff were attentive, and the room was cleaned multiple times a day. The Nespresso coffee machine was a nice touch.
