The hotel was clean, comfortable, and close to Taksim Square. The staff, especially Karim and Yasir, were extremely helpful and accommodating. The kitchen facility was a bonus for making breakfast. The location was convenient for exploring popular attractions like Istiklal Street and Galata Tower.

The staff at Gen Suites, Karim and Yasir, were incredibly helpful and made sure we had a comfortable stay. They even cleaned our room daily and provided fresh towels when needed. The location was convenient, not far from Taksim Square, Istiklal Street, and Galata Tower. The added bonus of a kitchen facility allowed us to make our own breakfast. a great place to stay. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was spacious and had all the facilities we could need, including a well-equipped kitchenette. the hotel was ideally located close to a 24-hour shop and a cafe, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat whenever we wanted.

The location of the hotel was not ideal, as it was in a slightly rundown neighborhood and a bit far from the city center. the noise levels from outside were quite high, especially at night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
