The lodge was an excellent spot for a peaceful weekend getaway. the wildlife viewing was a real highlight, with plenty of different species to see. the location was also convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. One of the best aspects of the stay was the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who were always happy to help with any questions or requests.

While the lodging was overall comfortable, I did find that the facilities could use some updating. It was also a bit difficult to navigate the property at times, with some confusing signage and a lack of clear directions.

The lodge is fantastic with excellent food, great behind the scenes tour, and peaceful surroundings. The villa is amazing with nature all around and daily animal visits. The manager, Andrew, is polite, friendly, and very helpful.

The lodge is beautifully situated in a peaceful area, with stunning views of a canyon and waterhole. The `behind the scenes` tour is a must-do, offering a fascinating insight into the local wildlife conservation efforts. The food served during our stay exceeded expectations, with exceptional breakfast, lunch, and dinner options available.

The staff seemed to lack training and customer service skills, which affected the overall experience.
