Had a great Christmas break, with two complimentary drinks on arrival and no charge for late check-out. The location was perfect, with easy access to the city center and great food options nearby. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making our stay very enjoyable.

The noise from other rooms was quite loud, making it difficult to sleep at times. though, a good experience and great value for the price.

The staff were so helpful, they were available 24/7, which was great because I needed them to find me a car to rent. The bar was a perfect place to unwind with a drink.

Oh, and the "television in a common area" was just lovely, I could watch other people's shows while waiting for my own room service. Hilarious.
