I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my experience truly amazing. The hotel ambience was comforting and suitable for all types and ages of travelers. The location was perfect, very close to shops and restaurants, and offered a stunning view of the hot air balloons from the terrace. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and it had all the necessary facilities. The breakfast buffet was delicious and fulfilling. I absolutely loved my time here!

During my Easter vacation, I stayed at a hotel that provided great service. The staff were very respectful and helpful when it came to knowing what you could do in the area. The location of the hotel was perfect, you could see amazing views, and it was only a few minutes walk from the town center. Not to mention, the rooms were spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day so we could always come back to a tidy atmosphere.

There were a couple of aspects of the hotel I did not like. the breakfast provided was not diverse, and only one fixed plate was given every day.

I had an amazing experience staying at this place. The staff provided excellent service, especially the manager. They were attentive and went above and beyond to ensure my trip was splendid. The rooms, true cave rooms, were clean and more than worth the money I paid. The hotel also had a heated indoor pool and hot room, which I could use for free. The location was ideal, offering a great view. Additionally, they had a partnership with a balloon company, which gave me a big discount. I can't wait to visit this place again!

The location of this hotel is fantastic, with shops, restaurants, and all the sites to visit just a short walk away. It is situated on top of a hill, providing stunning views of the hills and fairy chimneys. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with clean bathrooms and efficient wifi. The hotel offers a hot water indoor swimming pool and a comforting spa. The staff at the hotel, particularly Sehriban, provide excellent guest service, always in a good mood and ready to help with any problems.

The food at the hotel is a bit disappointing, with some guests mentioning that it is either recycled or not cooked properly.

The staff was excellent and very helpful, making our stay pleasurable. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and the chef made delicious omelettes. The cave room with the terrace had a fabulous view. The hotel had a relaxing feel and the pool was open late, perfect after a day of touring.

The rooms were small and poorly lit, making it feel cramped and uncomfortable. The staff at the reception were not very helpful and struggled with communication in English.
