The hotel's beautiful lobby with comfortable seating areas and easy accessibility for seniors made me feel welcomed and relaxed. It was a joy to sit and people-watch while sipping on a cup of tea in such a lovely setting. The close distance to shopping options and the convenient shuttle buses that stop just outside were a great help for exploring the town. Cons: I wish the children working there were more attentive to the needs of senior guests.

The hotel has fantastic food, especially at lunch and dinner, with a great variety to choose from. The restaurant and bar staff are hardworking and always polite. The room was clean and spacious, the lobby area was beautiful, and the poolside area was large with water slides and a bar. The spa facilities were fantastic, and the hotel had good overall facilities. It was convenient to walk to the high street/supermarket and a short taxi ride to the marine port for a day trip to Rhodes. the WiFi was awful, the gym was dated, staff were not very English proficient, and breakfast seemed like reheated leftovers. Despite that, the hotel had a lot to offer and we would consider staying here again.

We stayed at Grand Pasa for a week to enjoy the sunny weather and explore the surroundings. the fantastic food, especially during lunch and dinner, catered to all tastes. the hard-working restaurant and bar staff were always polite and efficient. the clean, spacious rooms and beautiful lobby/reception area were impressive.

The staff were amazing, especially Ali, who was both funny and competent. the restaurant and bar had great service, and breakfast options were satisfying. the room service and housekeeping were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable stay. the hotel's facilities, such as the spa, swimming pools, and entertainment areas, were fantastic and well-maintained. the location was convenient, with easy access to the seafront and nearby attractions. the staff were polite and friendly, making the experience enjoyable.

the issue of reserving sun loungers could be managed better to ensure fairness for all guests. These small improvements could at this hotel.

Had a lovely romantic escape! the pool was fantastic with fun water slides and the all-inclusive food was delicious, especially the breakfast spread and the late breakfast option until 11am, perfect for late risers like us. the spa facilities were amazing, providing a relaxing retreat during our stay. Nearby, a 10-15 minute walk led us to the high street and a supermarket, offering convenience for any essentials we needed.

The staff could have been friendlier, and the rooms could have been cleaner with some crumbs left on the floor from the previous guests. We missed having a beach space, which we felt was lacking for a complete Turkish holiday experience.

The location is ideal for exploring the high street, supermarket, and marine port. Zumba and dance activities are excellent entertainment choices. the room is clean and spacious, with a beautiful lobby area.

Some staff could improve friendliness and room cleanliness standards.

The pool party at HOTEL TRIPLETS ENTERTAINMENT and the sick views at the FAMOUS MARINA were so on point! Fun vibes all around, defo coming back for round two!

Could do with more happening night events for us young party animals!
