We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The exterior and interior were nice, and the staff was kind and apologetic when our room got switched. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, with polite staff. The location was great, near plenty of shops and restaurants, and close to National Parks.

We had a fantastic experience at Grand Sirkeci Hotel. the rooms were clean and spacious, with a great view of the bustling street below. the shower was one of the best I've had in a hotel, with excellent water pressure and temperature. the location was perfect, with many restaurants, cafes, and shops right at our doorstep. the tram stop was just a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the staff were friendly and helpful, and we even received an upgrade to our room. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The staff, especially Nihat, provided entertainment and humor, making our arrival after a long trip enjoyable. The rooms were clean and nice. The check-in staff, including Semi, Omer, and Gezim, were wonderful and provided excellent customer service. Mehmed went above and beyond to take care of us during our 6-night stay. The hotel staff, including Mrs. Gizem, were kind, hospitable, and always greeted us with a smile. They helped us with storing our suitcases after check-out. The hotel is in an excellent location and is clean and well-maintained.

We loved staying here! The location is perfect - right in the heart of the old town area where you can walk to most places. The staff were really friendly and helpful too. We especially liked the fact that the room was soundproofed and had air conditioning which was very convenient. The amenities in the room were also very thoughtful, like the mini-bar and tea and coffee facilities.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The free trolley bus was convenient. The pool area had a gas fire pit, attractive cabanas, and seating areas. The location was great, away from the crowded areas but still close to Brickell village.

Noisy construction from 7 am to 4 pm.
