The hotel staff were incredibly helpful and cheerful, and the reservation process was smooth despite an issue with my visa card. They even had a crib ready for my baby girl. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options, and the connected rooms provided privacy. Highly recommended.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the value for money is remarkable, considering the prices of other accommodations in the area. Secondly, the attention to detail is evident throughout the hotel, from the stylish rooms with their comfortable Ferrari beds and sufficient space, to the basic amenities provided for a hassle-free stay. Lastly, the breakfast was simply outstanding, offering a variety of delicious options that left me thoroughly satisfied.

Stayed in a hotel near the main market in the city, which was super convenient for exploring the area. Friendly and welcoming staff made our stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable city break. Loved the breakfast with a variety of delicious options. the free sauna and evening coffee break were a great bonus to unwind after a day of exploring.

The cleanliness of the bathroom and room could have been improved. the bathroom accessories were outdated and needed to be replaced.

There is a lack of restaurants or supermarkets near the hotel, making it inconvenient for guests who want to explore dining options outside of the hotel.

We were pleasantly surprised by the modernity and cleanliness of the Green Prusa Hotel. The rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, and the free Wi-Fi was excellent. The location, although on a busy main road, was convenient with easy access to public transportation and a nearby shopping center. Despite some minor issues with the breakfast variety and lack of mirrors in the room, the staff, especially a helpful lady at the reception, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for a visit to Bursa.
