The location was excellent, as it was very close to the seafront, just a stone's throw away from the Pleasure Beach and the Sealife Centre. Everything was within walking distance, so I didn't have to use my car at all. The breakfast provided by the staff was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities were great. Additionally, parking was easy and convenient right outside the hotel.

My wife has mobility problems, so we requested a ground floor room. The hosts, Dale and Heather, were incredibly helpful and switched our room to a convenient ground floor option. They even provided my wife with a mobility scooter. The cooked breakfast provided by Heather was outstanding. The Guest House is also located just a short walk from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and convenient location.

Nothing, everything was great.

The room was comfy and had a good size, and it was clean. the hotel has a nice location, just a few steps from the beach and the main avenue, which is great for sightseeing. the breakfast was tasty, and they offered a good variety of food.

The walls are thin, and we could hear all the noises from the other rooms and from the street. the shower was a bit old, and the water pressure was low.
