We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was always helpful and smiling, from the receptionist to the bartender, cleaning staff, and maintenance staff. The hotel facilities were great, and we loved joining the daily yoga class at the pool deck. The location was ideal, located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants around, and it was easy to access the beach and downtown through public transportation. Additionally, we enjoyed a delicious meal at a nearby Greek restaurant called Mina's.

henna hotel was a perfect choice for our stay in goreme. the staff was incredibly helpful, arranging airport transfers and providing free transportation to attractions. the room was clean and comfortable with a great view for sunrise balloon watching. breakfast was delicious and filling. highly recommend!

There was a stinky smell in the bathrooms of the rooms we stayed in, possibly due to an issue with the pipeline. It would be beneficial for the hotel to install an auto air-freshener system and improve the ventilation/exhaust fan in the bathrooms.
