As business travelers, we appreciated the perfect location of the hotel for climbing Lions Rock and doing a sunrise trek. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, and we enjoyed the relaxing pool and the presence of wildlife. The hotel also arranged for a safari, which was conveniently picked up from the hotel. We also had a great experience with a tuk tuk driver who took us around to different places at a reasonable price.

We had a fantastic stay in a beautiful place. the staff was amazing, always ready to help and assist us in organizing our activities. the best part was the stunning swimming pool with a direct view of the famous rock. the buffet breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of tasty choices. the location was also perfect, situated close to the archaeological sights and surrounded by a picturesque park filled with trees.

the internet was only available in the lobby, which meant we had to walk a distance every time we needed to use it. This was quite inconvenient.

Staff were helpful, cheerful. Herb sambol excellent. Hoppers delicious. Beautiful jungle setting, pool overlooks Sigiriya Rock. Close to Rock, can start exploring ruins early. Front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. Room spacious, cool, nicely appointed. Grounds amazing with animals. Convenient location. Reception kind and helpful. Room stylish, no WiFi. Buffet food tasty and varied. Nice view of Lion Rock from pool.

The room we stayed in had high ceilings and was very spacious, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. The surrounding gardens were well maintained and added to the pleasant atmosphere. Additionally, the guard at the gate was friendly and welcoming.

Amazing location with great view, comfortable and private room, well-stocked bar with good cocktails, helpful and friendly staff, spectacular garden, convenient for visiting Sigiriya Rock.

Our Christmas stay at this hotel was enjoyable and memorable. the location of the hotel was perfect, situated near the famous rock formation and surrounded by lush greenery. We loved being able to explore the natural beauty of the area. the rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcomed throughout our visit.

There were a few aspects that could be improved upon. the food options were limited and repetitive, especially for the buffet.

Had a decent Easter stay at a hotel in Sri Lanka which had a nice pool and was in a convenient location for visiting local attractions. They provided complimentary breakfast and even had an Easter egg hunt for the kids which was a nice touch. enjoyed the nature walks in the surrounding areas.

The hotel was quite expensive for the quality of the facilities. the pool tiles were broken and caused an injury to one of the kids.

Located near the lush jungle and close to Kaudulla National Park, we were delighted to witness the majestic gathering of elephants in their natural habitat. The serene surroundings also allowed for easy access to the sacred Sigiriya temple, immersing us in the local culture. The spacious rooms and clean bathrooms were up to the same standard as the rest of the place. The friendly staff provided excellent service, ensuring a comfortable stay. Furthermore, the buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options to start the day.

The limited seating around the pool was a minor inconvenience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel in Sigiriya Village and I must say, it was a wonderful experience. the garden was absolutely spectacular and I enjoyed taking pleasant walks from the restaurant to my room. the view of the Lion rock was breathtaking and added to the beauty of the surroundings. the hotel personnel were extremely helpful and kind, always ready to assist with any queries or needs. the breakfast at the hotel was good, with a wide variety of options available, although there were not many western products. the location of the hotel is also great for exploring the nearby attractions, with the rock only a 10-minute drive away.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like 😊
