Amazing hospitality, friendly staff, convenient location near the mall, helpful front desk, delicious breakfast.

We had a wonderful one-night stay at Hilton Mall Of Istanbul. The location was perfect for our needs, and the staff were very accommodating when we requested a room with a view. The room was clean and comfortable, and we slept soundly all night. we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the city.

Attached to a nice mall. Hotel is new as it just opened last week. Friendly and helpful staff who are excellent. Room was spacious, clean, and had a great bath. Has a wide range of breakfast buffet.

The hotel staff was excellent and very accommodating. Special thanks to SIGIT, Mehemt, and the front desk and bellmen staff. The private corridor connecting the hotel to the mall of Istanbul was a convenient feature. The gymnasium section was perfect.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities such as an indoor pool, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. the rooms are spacious, clean, and provide luxurious privacy, perfect for a restful stay. the breakfast options are diverse and delicious, catering to all needs and tastes.

The staff at the front desk could improve their customer service skills. the spa lounge could have provided better communication and organisation.

The hotel is located near a shopping center and transportation was easily accessible. the gym was well-equipped, and breakfast was great with plenty of options to choose from. the rooms were spacious and clean.

Check out took longer than expected and there were issues with the bill that had to be sorted out. the beds were too soft and sleeping on them caused back aches.
