Staying at Reve Galata-Special Class was exceptional! Impeccable service from Umut and Enes. Breakfast at La Terrasse was delightful, with Mustafah and Kabir providing warm hospitality. Perfect location for exploring landmarks. Large, clean rooms and helpful staff for travel recommendations.

The property was clean and beautifully decorated, with a fancy modern design. The staff were excellent and catered to all our needs, especially Mustafa, the restaurant manager, who treated us with love and respect. The location was great, close to Galata port and Karakoy Tran station, with many cozy restaurants nearby. a wonderful stay with friendly and helpful staff.

This hotel is a true standout! the staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful. They did everything possible to make our stay perfect. the location is fantastic, in the heart of the city, close to many popular spots. the rooms are spacious, clean, and well-furnished, offering a comfortable retreat. the view from the top-floor restaurant is breathtaking, adding to the overall experience. the breakfast, although not buffet style, was delicious and satisfying, served with care by the attentive staff. Mustafa, the restaurant manager, deserves a special mention for his exceptional service.

There were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. the mattress in the room wasn't the most comfortable, and the pillows lacked support.

Although the street was lively, it could get noisy in the evening due to the music from nearby establishments. The bathroom's ventilation system was also a bit noisy when turned on.

hotel de reve galata definitely stands out among the many hotels i've stayed in istanbul. the location is superb and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. what really impressed me was the friendly and caring staff, especially mustafa and his breakfast team. they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable with their warm hospitality and helpfulness.

The reception staff was extremely responsive and helpful. The breakfast was tasty, although a bit repetitive, and the restaurant manager, Mustapha, was very welcoming. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and all the tourist sites.
