The property was clean and beautifully decorated, with a fancy modern design. The staff were excellent and catered to all our needs, especially Mustafa, the restaurant manager, who treated us with love and respect. The location was great, close to Galata port and Karakoy Tran station, with many cozy restaurants nearby. a wonderful stay with friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel was conveniently located near popular attractions and had a vibrant street with plenty of cafes and restaurants. The rooms were spacious and tastefully renovated, providing a comfortable stay. The staff provided exceptional service, going above and beyond to assist with lost luggage and making sure we had a pleasant stay. the breakfast spread was delicious and satisfying.

Although the street was lively, it could get noisy in the evening due to the music from nearby establishments. The bathroom's ventilation system was also a bit noisy when turned on.

hotel de reve galata definitely stands out among the many hotels i've stayed in istanbul. the location is superb and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. what really impressed me was the friendly and caring staff, especially mustafa and his breakfast team. they went above and beyond to make my stay memorable with their warm hospitality and helpfulness.

The response from the reception staff was extremely fast and they were always helpful in delivering anything we needed to the room. The breakfast was tasty and Mustapha, the restaurant manager, was very welcoming. The location of the hotel was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and tourist sites.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and all the tourist sites.
