the drilling during my stay was nothing short of disruptive, starting at 2 pm with no apology from management. and sleeping was a nightmare with the loud banging that began at 8 am. i also expected a tiny welcome gift or maybe an upgrade after all the noise. but guess that’s reserved for special guests, not me!

I had a lovely stay at Hotel Saba. The hotel is located in the historic Sultanahmet area, just a short walk from major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The staff were attentive, assisting me with my luggage and always ready to offer helpful advice. Breakfast was a delightful experience every morning, served with a magnificent view of the city from the terrace.

No complaints whatsoever.

The location was mint, heaps close to all the sights. But the air con was a pain, kept being way too stuffy at night. The rooftop breakfast views were such a highlight though!

I had a wonderful experience with a super convenient spot just a few steps from the blue mosque and great eateries like grup restaurant right around the corner, which made my weekend strolls a delight as i soaked in the rich history and vibrant atmosphere of the city. even though i appreciated everything, i do think the rooms could benefit from a bit more space to really enjoy the stay.

The location was perfect, just minutes from breathtaking historical sites, and the terrace offered stunning views while enjoying breakfast! ! The friendly staff made our stay feel welcoming and memorable.

The breakfast options were very limited and could use more creativity! The street noise at times disrupted our peace, making it hard to relax at night.

Consider requesting a room on a higher floor for better views and reduced noise from the street and hallways.

Check out the brekkie on the terrace, ja! The view of the Blue Mosque is incredible while enjoying a lekker spread. Plus, the staff are such chommies, super helpful. Location? Right in the heart of it all, just a few minutes' walk to the sights. Loved my stay!

Only downside, some guests could be a bit noisy now and then, but it didn't really wreck my vibe.

My kids wished for a smoother access to the restaurant, especially when carrying snacks and stuff for the little one.

I loved relaxing on the sun terrace with stunning views while enjoying a great cup of Turkish coffee. The breakfast each morning was fabulous and the cozy leisure room had a nice vibe for unwinding after long days of exploring. Just keep in mind that the street noise can be a bit much at night, so packing earplugs might be a good idea! 😄
