We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is a bit tricky, but the staff was always happy to help us find transportation options. The housekeeping was also top-notch and the amenities in the room were great, including a mini-bar and terrace.

The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ensuring my room was clean. the included breakfast had a nice variety, and the neighborhood was quiet, which was a plus. the internet connection was reliable, and the showers were refreshing after a long day of exploring.

The soundproofing of the rooms was subpar, as I could hear noise from neighboring rooms and even from outside the hotel. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I was really impressed with the cleanliness and the quiet atmosphere. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service. the value for money was great, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staffs were incredibly helpful and spoke excellent English, making everything go smoothly. The hotel is very clean and has great facilities, including an acceptable gym. Our family of 5 had a comfortable room with 1 king bed and 1 extra bed, and the kids were delighted. The breakfast was delicious and served from 6:30 am to 10:00 am. For early risers like me, you can grab your morning coffee in the lobby before heading to the gym, which is open 24/7. The location is in a really calm neighborhood, away from the main attractions on the Asian side but close to a shopping center. We found Uber to be very convenient for exploring both sides of the city.

The walls were quite thin, and we were disturbed by noise from neighboring rooms. the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Love feeling at home in a hospital neighborhood. The kids' club was a big hit. The endless varieties of drinks at the bar kept me entertained all night.

Oh how I missed having tissues in the room. Surviving with only toilet paper was quite an adventure.
