microtel exceeded my expectations during this stay. the room was very clean with a comfortable bed, and the staff was helpful and provided restaurant suggestions. their attention to detail, like offering a discount on meals, made my experience even better. definitely coming back again!

During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the clean and modern rooms. the beds were comfortable, and the duvet provided a cozy night's sleep. the hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, perfect for starting off the day. the location was convenient for shopping and getting in and out of town easily.

The noise level in the hotel was a major downside. the walls and floors were not soundproof, so I could hear noises from neighboring rooms and the hallway.

It was close to the OPP station, which was important for us as business travelers. there were several nice restaurants in the area, including Giovanni's, where we had a great Italian meal. the hotel was also close to all the places we wanted to see, making it easy for us to explore the city.

There was a small design flaw in the bathroom as there were no towel racks.
