the sauna was right in front of the reception, which felt really weird like, no privacy at all. Also, I hardly saw any happy staff, and one receptionist was downright rude about a second key. considering the hassle of it all, I certainly expected an upgrade or complimentary service as compensation but alas, no such luck! would’ve given a good review, but just couldn’t.

Location is fantastic, just a short walk from major attractions like the Blue Mosque. Noise from the street can be bothersome at night. The bike tours offered are a great way to explore the area. Room was clean and staff were attentive.

I stayed at Innova Sultanahmet for 4 nights in January. The location is unbeatable, just a short stroll to major attractions like the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. The breakfast spread was amazing, with fresh options and great views from the rooftop. Special thanks to Bilal and his team for their exceptional service and tasty omelettes. The staff truly made our experience memorable!

welcome from the very start of our stay. The room offered a lovely ambiance and was kept impeccably clean. However, be prepared for some noise from the street if you're on the lower floors.

Waking up to a breathtaking sea view from the restaurant was a highlight. The breakfast spread was delightful, with attentive staff who remembered my preferences, especially Bilal—it truly felt personalized.

Since I’m special, I thought I’d at least receive an upgrade for my trouble, but nope! There’s clearly no organization here. I almost thought about giving a good review, but I just couldn’t.

It was just a nice choice for a rapid stop in Istanbul with a great value-to-price ratio. The balcony door needed maintenance and nothing happened after I called the reception. Make sure to ask about hot water timing for showers before you settle in.
