I had a great stay at this hotel in a sad situation. The rooms were real nice and very clean, which was something I really appreciated. The layout of the hotel was also very good, and the location in the Rice Lake WI area was perfect for me. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options including omelets, pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy. I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money and the attention to detail in this hotel.

The only small issue I encountered was that the shower pressure could have been a bit harder. However, this didn't detract from my overall positive experience at this hotel.

I had a very pleasant stay at Holiday Inn Express. The room was clean and comfortable, and I especially enjoyed the comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was surprisingly good, offering a variety of options. I appreciated being able to manually control the fan in the room.

The only downside was that there were some noise disturbances from neighboring rooms, and the key didn't consistently open the side door.

During my Thanksgiving stay, I got two complementary bottles of water and a pack of popcorn which was thoughtful of the hotel staff. the location was perfect for me, it was close to the shopping mall. I was also delighted by the hot tub which helped me relax after a long journey.

The breakfast wasn't impressive with limited options, the coffee tasted stale, and the fruits weren't fresh. On top of that, the room wasn't soundproof, I could hear noises from outside and neighboring rooms which made it hard for me to sleep.

Clean and modern rooms, welcoming staff, and a convenient location right off the highway. The lobby and breakfast area are inviting and the outside patio looks lovely. Local restaurant offers delivery right to the door for a nice touch. Plus, coffee is a bonus even though it's not the best.
