We had an amazing stay at the hotel, with a beautiful location on the seaside. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the ocean and a nice place nearby. The room itself was spacious, well-equipped, and had a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and had all the necessary amenities. The staff provided excellent service, especially the kind and helpful staff at the reception and the professional massage ladies. The swimming pool was also a great facility to relax in. Additionally, the tasty coffee and delicious breakfast made our mornings even better.

There was a minor inconvenience when we initially checked in as we were given a room adapted for people with disabilities, which made the toilette and shower uncomfortable for us. But the issue was promptly resolved when we brought it up to the reception, and we were moved to a different room which was great.

During check-in, I encountered a similar issue where I did not have my original passport with me. However, the receptionist, Mr Yusuf, handled the situation in a professional manner.

Over Easter, we stayed at a hotel in Izmir. the complementary Easter egg and the free breakfast for children were a nice touch. the location on the waterfront and near shops and restaurants was great. We enjoyed the sunset walks along the sea promenade.

The Jacuzzi was out of order and the locker was unavailable. the room lighting could have been better and the AC system was not always functioning.
