I had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the seaside. It only took me a couple of minutes to walk to the beach, which was amazing. The hotel also provided a buffet breakfast that was delicious and varied every day. The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Special thanks to Mr. Mustafa, who went above and beyond to make sure my stay was excellent. The room was clean and spacious, with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

I had an amazing stay at Kaila City Hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beautiful beach. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The food was delicious, with a variety of options that changed daily. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had a lovely view from the balcony. I highly recommend this hotel for a great vacation experience.

The bathrooms didn't have air conditioning, so there was always some humidity. However, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't affect my overall enjoyment of the stay.

Amazing value for money! the staff were very amicable and attentive to our needs. Our room had an incredible view from the balcony and had all the necessary amenities. the hotel was in a strategic location, just steps away from the stunning seafront, and in close proximity to a taxi stand. the food was beyond exceptional, and there was an extensive range to choose from. the salads and fresh fruit were particularly outstanding!

The Wi-Fi was a bit slow, and the gym only had limited equipment. Nonetheless, these were minor issues that didn't affect our stay much.

The hotel staff were excellent, welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the location was excellent, just as shown in the pictures. The breakfast was amazing with friendly and hardworking kitchen staff. Mr. Moustafa at the reception was very kind and helpful. The hotel also provided beach towels.
